- MAKALU REGION: ARUN VALLEY TREK ( 24 Days )
 This area is one with the largest varieties of different flowers, trees, wild life and the habitat of 420 species of colorful birds. Several of these species are endangered ones. The most favorable season for visiting this area is around September to November and March/April. Your trekking will start from Hile or Tumlingtar and will continue through Khadbari, Chichila, Num, Seduwa and Tashigaun. It is the last village before Makalu–Barun National Park. One night stop in each place from Khongma, Mumbuk, Nehe, Merek, and base camp. One day rest here is almost valuable as very trekkers and mountaineers visit this area as compared with Everest area. For more adventurous personalities, there is also the possibilities of crossing Amalabcha Pass or thorough next pass to Lukla. It needs some extra days to complete.
